This policy describes how I process the personal data of visitors to nightdev.pl, in particular via the contact form.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Bartosz Wolak (NightDev), ul. Gałczyńskiego 27a/39, 10-900 Olsztyn. Contact: kontakt@nightdev.pl.
2. What data and why
- Contact form — name, email, optionally company, phone, link and message. Purpose: responding to your enquiry and preparing an offer (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Email correspondence — data you provide. Purpose: correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
3. Retention
Enquiry data is kept until the correspondence ends and, if no cooperation follows, no longer than 12 months. If a contract is signed — for the period required by law.
4. Recipients
Data may be shared only with providers that support the site and communication: hosting, form handling and email — under data processing agreements.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
6. Cookies and analytics
The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics is added in the future, it will be cookie-less or consent-based.
